1. Prior being able to describe our services or establishing a fee structure for our representation, Immigroup requires that applicants submit assessment information to our office in order that we may determine eligibility for such.  No fee is charged for the assessment, which allows us to quote you a fee for our representation.  Please read Representation and Communication FAQ before submitting this form.

2. All fields pertinent to your (or your spouse's) education, work experience and other background information MUST be filled in order to assess merits of your application. Incomplete assessment forms and/or assessment forms containing no personal/contact information WILL NOT be assessed by Immigroup and individuals WILL NOT receive a reply.

3. DO NOT complete this Assessment Questionnaire if you are interested in entering Canada temporarily (i.e. on a Visitor Visa/Study Permit/Work Permit) or if you want to pose an Immigration question. Any such inquiry requires a Consultation.  This Assessment Questionnaire is to be completed only by those individuals, who wish to have their eligibility to immigrate to Canada (i.e. obtain permanent resident/landed immigrant status) assessed free of charge by Immigroup.

4. As the result of this FREE assessment, if qualified for immigration to Canada, you will receive (1) our assessment of your qualification for immigration to Canada; (2) a Retainer Agreement: and (3) instructions how to retain our office to Represent your application. 

5. DO NOT use free anonymous eMail (Yahoo, MSN, Gmail, Lycos, Hotmail, Excite, Rediffmail, etc.), individuals who are using free anonymous eMail accounts to communicate with the office of Immigroup WILL NOT receive a reply.
